Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo and now proudly calling the beautiful town of Paris home, Brenda Schuiling keeps her finger firmly on the pulse of real estate. Known for savage negotiating skills and straight talking advice, she helps clients across Waterloo Region and Brant County get deals done in markets where strategy, timing, and grit matter. Grounded in where she began, confident in where she is, and driven by what’s still possible, her slogan says it best. “We’ve Got The Moves,” and she knows exactly when to use them.

Brenda started working at just nine years old, where her entrepreneurial spirit was born and never stopped hustling. As a young single parent determined to build an incredible life for her family, she began house hacking long before it was a buzzword. Stretching dollars, structuring strong deals, and negotiating advantageous outcomes became second nature, shaping a real world skill-set that cannot be taught.

Negotiation is where Brenda truly shines. She is known for finding leverage where others stop looking, protecting her clients fiercely, and getting deals across the finish line without posturing or games. Her business is relationship driven and referral based, built on trust, clear communication, and results that speak for themselves. Bold, approachable, and never afraid to say the quiet part out loud, she gets things done.

Outside of real estate, Brenda is a globe trotter with a taste for new country and nu-metal.  She’s a proud mom to two very cool sons and a devoted gram to one sweet grandson who clearly got the cool gene. Schuiling means shelter in Dutch, a meaning that fits her perfectly. Protection, advocacy, and trust sit at the core of how she works.
